Comprehensive building energy simulations and modeling
We use TRNsys for the precise dynamic simulation of building energy systems.
Dynamic storage and transfer of thermal energy in space and time, "4D"
Borehole Thermal Energy Storage (BTES)
The surplus heat stored during the summer months is extracted for space heating usage in winter (and/or vice versa).
Dynamic Thermal Energy Storage (DTES) – Whenever the excess heat from daytime is greater than what can be utilized in cooler areas at the same time is stored in a thermos in the basement or underground. From there, heat can be extracted as the need arises during the night with the help of a heat pump solution.
Energy harvesting using the building itself
Move excess heat from the sunny side of the building to the shaded side, from a floor with many people and warm rooms to another floor with few people and a need for increased heat.
Natural refrigerant heat pumps
Our solutions use natural working fluid heat pumps that guarantee continues future use and are not affected by the Kigali amendment to the Montreal Protocol, EU, and Norway regulations on synthetic fluids.
Energy harvesting from the environment
Dry cooler – Harvesting thermal energy using ambient air and supplying energy to storage systems and heat pumps.
PVT and solar absorber – Harvesting energy (thermal and electricity) using sun rays and supplying energy to storage systems, heat pumps, pumps, and other components.
Cybernetics module and automation
Over 30 years of experience in control systems, and more than 10 years of experience with advanced cybernetics for building air conditioning. We offer advanced top-system SD that combines all installations and facilities in one user-friendly platform.
The economic module
Calculation of energy gains and economic calculations (costs, prices, invoices, etc.)
Energy & Performance Contract (EPC/ESCO):
Through our performance contract, we offer predictability of energy price.
